1. Agreement
By creating a FloorManager account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using FloorManager on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and the operator of FloorManager ("we", "us", "FloorManager"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FloorManager is a cloud-based production floor management platform that provides work order tracking, scheduling, materials management, operator time logging, and related tools for small manufacturers. We provide the service on a subscription basis.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will not make changes that materially degrade the core functionality of your active subscription without offering a refund or plan adjustment.
3. Trial period
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period at the rate for your selected plan.
4. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing period you select. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in EUR.

- Starter — €29.95/mo
- Pro — €49.95/mo
- Growth — €79.95/mo
- Enterprise — €129.95/mo
Annual billing saves approximately 17% (equivalent to 2 months free). All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal accessible from within your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@floormanager.app.
6. Data after cancellation
After cancellation your data is retained for 12 months. During this period you may resubscribe and resume from where you left off, or export your data (work orders, time logs, materials) as CSV. After 12 months of inactivity, data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' workspaces or to our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written consent.
- Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful content into the platform.
- Use automated scraping or bulk-download tools against the API beyond normal application use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
8. Your data and intellectual property
You own all data you enter into FloorManager — work orders, customer records, parts, operators, and everything else. We do not claim any rights over your operational data.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data for any other purpose, including training AI models.
FloorManager, its design, and its software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
9. Uptime and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on standard plans. Enterprise plan customers may contact us to discuss SLA requirements. Support is provided by email at support@floormanager.app. We typically respond within one business day.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss. This limitation applies regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which FloorManager is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
